Today I continued my winter walks – this time to Lots Grassland. This neutral and acid grassland nature reserve is full of bluebells during spring. Today this open access reserve was covered in snow.
The exposed slope high on the Mendip Hills can be very windy, but today the weather was beautiful.
Not sure where this cyclist was going, the only way out is in the bottom corner of the grassland and that would be quite a challenge carrying a bike.
This pair of kissing trees are the last standing from a old hedge.
Another beautiful sky looking back to the grassland.
