Following the Festival of the Moon last year, the Gais world has landed in Wells Cathedral at the heart of Somerset.

The Gaia world is amazing.  But, I preferred the moon from below as on the World everything is white.  I like that idea, we never see Antartica as it really is on the maps we all look at.

It is hard to see the land in the northern hemisphere.  You cannot get high enough to see Somerset!  Perhaps it is covered in cloud anyway.

Maybe it could have hung the other way up, after all there is no correct way up, or down.  At home I have a large map of the world on my wall that has south up.  I bought it back from a holiday in Australia.  Maybe we should all spend some time at the bottom of the world.

I fancy the idea of creating a moon at the same scale and putting it wherever it would be at that scale.  Do think it would be in the Cathedral, somewhere in Wells, or even outside of Somerset.  That would be cool to know.
