Taking Turns in the Sun

This pair of Chalkhill Blue butterflies were fighting over a single blade of grass hoping to get the last of the setting sun. There was a million similar blades nearby but these two both wanted this one. Taking it in turns one would climb up-and-over to cover the one in the sun. The one below would then turn around and climb up behind and come up-over to shade the other butterfly. This way they went around and around in circles!
