Cheddar with Herbs & Garlic
I have been distracted recently by health problems, bad weather, and long work trips so it was a joy to get out for a brief walk up the footpath through Cheddar Wood.
In spring the wild garlic makes this a very special place.
The garlic was not yet at its best. I’ll try and return in a week or two – when it should be perfect. Just need to cross my fingers and hope the recent good weather holds.
