Starling Trail

I went back to Ham Wall to see the Starlings.  The Starlings went to Shapwick Heath.  Don’t you love them.  A stream of birds flying passed on the way to their new roost.  When the birds change roost site there are often large numbers that flyover the old site but turn towards the main flock they can see in the distance.  Sometimes the birds turn away then do a tour of the reserve returning back to the old site later on.
