Starling Trail

After a short break in Ham Wall the Starlings are back in Shapwick Heath.  This time deep in Seventy Acres.  This is one of the worst locations for watching the birds.  I ventured down to Noah’s Hide, turned left as tried to view the display from the screen looking east over the reserve.  The birds went down in the far right-hand corner – almost impossible to photograph or even see.
