Snowdrops
I found a rare gap from my day job that is turning into a seven days a week job. So I rushed up to Mells to photograph the snowdrops before the light disappeared from the valley.
The clouds were thickening and with very little backlight to make the flowers glow I decided to have a go at some soft focus shots.
Hidden in this flower is a tiny spider.
And Finally
The valley has some fascinating history. Recent tree clearing has improved the site making it easier to see the industrial architecture in the valley. Unchecked the trees and scrub would gradually destroy that history,
