Brent Knoll

Lynchcombe on the edge of the Mendip Hills has great views across the Somerset Levels.  In the far distance to the east is the hill of Brent Knoll on the Somerset coast.  On a hot summers day like today the view suffers from a lot of haze.

A Day Trip

I have seen this hill so often from a distance but never got up close.  Today that all changed as I took a day trip to Brent Knoll.

Sometimes the view of Brent Knoll is far more interesting that it was today.  Storms are good.
