Quantocks

I do not visit the Quantock Hills very often  That is a mistake for which I have not excuse.  Today was a small step to correct that as I headed out to west Somerset.

Heather

I wanted to visit the Quantocks to see the heather.  A bright blue sky in the middle of the day is not your classic golden hour, but it beats getting up before dawn for a sunrise.

Sheep

You cannot go on a walk in Somerset without meeting some sheep.

I like stonechats and straw bales.  Both at the same time was a bonus.
