Priddy Hill Snowdrops
A couple of weeks after the storm nicknamed the beast from the east hit the UK snow stlll lies around at the sides of the roads.
Priddy Hill
At the top of the Mendip Hills in Somerset there are still snowdrops.
You do have to be a bit selective to find the best flowers but it was a joy to see them. I had given up on snowdrops already.
I have not had chance to get out with my camera recently so I have been missing the wild daffodils and primroses.
Just as we thought spring was here, this weekend we are expected a new mini-beast from the east.
And Finally…
Just down the road the hedge has been beautifully laid. Spring catkins, winter snow and traditional land management.
