Cowslips in the Headlights
First, apologies for the long gap since my last post. I have a backlog of comments to look at, which is really bad – sorry. In the meantime at the start of the month I went out to photograph cowslips growing on the verges of busy roads.
Cowslips
I visit Cannards Grave roundabout in Shepton Mallet every spring. It puts on a wonderful display of cowslips. This time I decided to do something different and photograph them illuminated by car lights early in the morning.
As the cars brake for the junction their tail lights shine red creating a soft glow.
Going the other way their headlights shine bright picking up every drop of dew.
