Early autumn morning in the Bishop’s Fields, near Park Wood.  These fields at the City of Wells in Somerset are a popular dog walking spot.  But get up a bit earlier and you may have the place to your self.

Just outside the wood is a small group of oak trees.  As dawn breaks a small amount of light peers around the corner of the wood  It illuminates the trunks of the oaks trees.

Mist comes and goes in waves.

On occasion the mist nearly hides the Cathedral.
