Holton Primroses
Holton Cross is well known in the area as its the location of a speed trap. I try hard not to drive too fast through 30 mph zones – fine chance when I’m on my bicycle as I was the few days ago when I noticed a fabulous bank of primroses.
I made a note to return another day. Today I did that. The primroses on the bank have not been planted but have instead grown and spread naturally.
They have put on a great display this year.
